Booking, bond & details

A $100 to $150 a bond applies for all bookings, this confirms your booking and is a damages bond for us.

Please do not pay your deposit until you have read the Terms and Conditions.

Your bond is not included in your booking cost, this will be held until all items are collected. The bond will then be returned usually within 3 business days.

Delivery & Collection

For home based events, we like to deliver early AM and collect late PM.

This ensures that you have full day’s use of the equipment and don’t need to worry about loosing time, it also helps us to make sure we’re not in your way. 

For Community Centre bookings, from the time we arrive to set up, the equipment is your responsibility. Please ensure a responsible person is available to meet us as generally we have another delivery following yours. We are unable to wait for you to arrive after agreed times. Please ensure ALL balls have been returned to the ball-pit and equipment is tidy before we arrive. 

SET UP TIME: Please note that depending on your package it can take us approximately 45mins to set up. Please make sure you allow us up to 1 hour to arrive before any guests at a minimum.
