Does the price include setup and delivery

A full set up and dismantle of our equipment is included within the hire cost, including foam safety mats for designated play area.

Additional costs may apply depending on the location of your event, accessibility and distance from our base of operation. Please speak to us if you wish to confirm this prior to booking.

Due to the allocated set up times please ensure you make us aware of the if the location requires additional set up time due to parking, distance to set up zone, stairs and setup surfaces.

What ages can you cater for

Our soft play equipment is suitable to be used by 0-5 age group. 

How long does it take to set up?

It takes 30-45 minutes to set up the soft play equipment at the beginning of a hire, with the same again to pack it all away at the end of the hire period.

Please do keep this in mind when booking your time slot at a venue.

Due to the allocated set up times please ensure you make us aware of the location and if the location requires additional set up time due to parking, long walks, steep surfaces and stairs.

How long is a hire period?

The hire period is for a maximum of 4 hours unless additional time is agreed upon.

The hire period does not include the our set up time.

Bond & Return of Equipment

An $100 to $150 bond will be required and will be returned via our secure payment system.

Upon collection we will review the equipment to ensure it is in a clean condition and all balls returned to the ball pit.
By transferring monies to secure your booking you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.

What happens if I cancel my booking

Once a booking is confirmed and deposit is paid, cancellation policy will apply, in the event of a cancellation within 7 days of hire all monies paid will be forfeited.

Cancellations in excess of 7 days prior to the event will be issued a credit for the amount of the bond and may be used to re-book within a period of 6 months after the initial booking date.

How much space do we need to set up the equipment?

This varies on which package you chose, all packages will state an approximate size guide.

If you have a smaller space that doesn’t suit a package we can possibly alter this to your needs.

Before booking please ensure you have enough space available and the space is clear on the day ready for set up.

How can I make payment?

Payment for the bond / booking fee is made at checkout through our secured payment system.

An invoice will be sent prior to your event with the hire cost and this will be required as per the term on the invoice.

We do not accept cash payments.

All booking for soft play are required to be made via the website.

Is the equipment cleaned?

All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after any event, cleanliness and safety is our top priority.

Weather Conditions

We know the weather is not always predictable.

Please ensure you have alternative plans to avoid disappointment if we are unable to set up in wet weather or if forecasting is predicting rain.

The play equipment cannot be set up in a area that is wet or muddy.

When temperatures are especially hot we recommend you have alternative plans, We certainly do not want your little ones overheating or our play equipment becoming hot to touch.

These weather conditions become a safety issue and we take all necessary precautions for safety.

Soft Play Rules

We work very hard to supply a great quality product, so we ask you to adhere to our soft play rules. Along with our play equipment we provide a sign to help ensure your guests are aware of the play rules.

* Adult supervision at all times

* No shoes in the play area (yes this does include adults)

* No food or drink in the play area.

* Do not move or dismantle equipment.

* No sharpe objects in the play area.

* No animals in the play area

* No messy objects such as face paint, glitter, confetti, pens or markers.

Soft play is fun and exciting for many but we do have age requirements for each package. As much as some bigger kids and adults would love to join in we ask you to respect that the packages are built based on age requirements for safety.

Failure to adhere to our terms and conditions may incur a cleaning or repair damage fee.
