Delivery and Collection
A full set up and dismantle of our equipment is included within the hire cost, including foam safety mats for designated play area.
Due to the allocated set up times please ensure you make us aware of the location and if the location requires additional set up time due to parking, long walks, steep surfaces, lifts and stairs.
Additional costs may apply depending on the location of your event, accessibility and distance from our base of operation. Please speak to us if you wish to confirm this prior to booking.
What is the age limit for Soft Play
Our soft play equipment is suitable to be used by 0-5 age group.Â
Adults must not sit, stand or play on any of our soft play equipment.
How long does it take to set up
Please allow at least an hour prior to your event start time for our team to set up all of the Hire Items. Please ensure that the set up space is tidy and clean with no obstructions prior to the team entering the space to setup. Please also leave an hour for our team to pack down at the end of your event.
Please keep this in mind when booking your time slot at a venue.
How long is a hire period
The hire period is for a maximum of 4 hours unless additional time is agreed upon.
The hire period does not include the set up time.
Bond & Return of Equipment
An security bond of $150 will be required and will be returned via our secure payment system.
Upon collection we will review the equipment to ensure it is in a clean condition and our house keeping rules have been followed including all balls are returned to the ball pit.
By transferring monies to secure your booking you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions of Hire.
What happens if I cancel my booking
You may cancel your booking at any time, by notifying us in writing to Hello@labambina.au
Once a booking is confirmed and deposit is paid, cancellation policy will apply.
How much space do we need for Soft Play
This varies on which package you chose, all packages will state an approximate size guide.
If you have a smaller space that doesn’t suit a package we can possibly alter this to your needs.
Before booking please ensure you have enough space available and the space is clean and clear on the day prior to our arrival for set up.
Can I make a booking for a public park
Please feel welcome to speak to us about a park event.
Please ensure your selected location within a park is close to the parking location and we are made aware of the proposed spot prior to booking.
Please ensure that you have the appropriate permission from the relevant Council or authority which allows you to place the Hire Items at your selected location.
Additional charges will be applied for any hires that require our team to navigate steep surfaces, stairs and long distant walks.
How do I book and make payment
We understand how frustrating it can be to party plan so we have an easy online booking system. Payment for the bond and hire is made through our secured payment system.
An invoice for remaining balances and bond will be sent a week prior to your event.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.

Is the equipment cleaned
All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after any event, cleanliness and safety is our top priority.
Weather Conditions
It is imperative that you have a weather plan, which allows for an indoor hire option should the weather be unsuitable for an outdoor hire on the day of your event.
All hire equipment cannot be set up in an area that is wet or muddy. This does include wet grass.
When temperatures are especially hot we recommend you have alternative plans, We certainly do not want your little ones overheating or our play equipment or becoming hot to touch.
These weather conditions become a safety issue and we take all necessary precautions for safety. We monitor the weather in the week leading up too outdoor events. Our team will be in contact with you to seek your alternative plans.
Refunds or credits will not be given in the event that weather conditions impact your event.
Soft Play Rules
We work very hard to supply a great quality product, so we ask you to adhere to our soft play rules. Along with our play equipment we provide a sign to help ensure your guests are aware of the play rules too.
* Adult supervision at all times.
* No shoes in the play area. YES this does include adults. Shoes can perforate our safety mats.
* No food or drink in the play area.
* Do not move or dismantle equipment, all equipment to stay in the play zone.
* All sharp objects such as shoes, badges, glasses and jewellery must be removed before entering our play zone.
* No smoking, barbecues, lighters, toys, pets or animals to be on or near the hire equipment at any time.
* No messy objects such as face paints, coloured hair spray, glitter, confetti, string, bubbles, pens, crayons, paints, play-doh, are also strictly prohibited on our equipment at any time.
* The age appropriate for the package hired. for example "Children under the age 5 only"
Soft play is fun and exciting for many but we do have age requirements for each package. As much as some bigger kids and adults would love to join in we ask you to respect that the packages are built based on age requirements for safety.
Failure to adhere to our terms and conditions may incur a cleaning, repair or replacement damage fee.
